AF Group Accolades
As an enterprise, AF Group was once again (eleven years and counting!) recognized by Business Insurance as a “Best Place to Work in Insurance.”
AF Group was again recognized as a Ward’s 50 company. For this honor, Ward’s examined nearly 3,000 property/casualty and life/health insurance companies, and their recognition of AF Group was based on our outstanding financial results “in the areas of safety, consistency, and performance over a five-year period.”
And most recently, our financial strength rating of “A” (Excellent) with a ‘stable’ outlook was reaffirmed by A.M. Best. While this accomplishment reflects well on our organization, it also reflects the success of our continued partnership with our agents.

Reducing accidents and creating a safer work environment is essential for any business. Our team of loss control professionals uses a consultative approach to create customized service plans for each client.
In addition to regular client meetings, we provide safety program assessments, loss trend evaluations, DOT file reviews and monthly newsletters, just to name a few services.
We also partner with RMIS leader Origami Risk to provide an easy-to-use online resource designed to:
- Deliver robust and immediate information.
- Proactively align the customer, broker and Fundamental Underwriters with a strategic platform to actively reduce lost costs.

Fundamental Underwriters Annual Awards
We are excited to introduce our Agency and Driver of the Year Awards! Over the next month, we’ll be gathering submissions and selecting regional winners. From those winners, an agency and driver of the year award will be selected. More to come in Q1 of 2021!
Large Deductible Update
We have been working to provide a large deductible solution for our prospective accounts and current policyholders. We are targeting 2021 for the launch. Further information to follow!
Drexel Neumann Academy Donation
We recently donated $2,800 to Drexel Neuman Academy to support the school’s Adopt-A-Student program. The donation will cover the cost of tuition for a 4th-grade student from Chester, Penn. For more information on this great program, click here.
